We saw a lab at the dogs’ shelter the other day. He looked just like Rex, in turn of his build and behaviour. Only difference, he was abandoned..It was raining. There, inside the dog shelter were cramped inside a confined area. When I turned around to the back of the car, boy boy was sleeping…I told him,”Rex, do u know how fortunate u are?” I know someone was feeling terrible….I could sensed it…
A week later, I bum into Mohan. The first thing that came to my mind was that Lab. He mentioned that for “some reasons” the ex-owner wasn’t able to keep him in the house anymore…I recalled that Lab’s behaviour…he must be thinking, “where’s my family?” I know that expression. Rex has that when daddy is back home late or left him with mummy for far too long……..
