I recalled this neighbour telling me and my siblings,"it's better to stay as a kid" when we are kids(think I was in primary 1/2). Naturally I/we questioned her on her statement. Her reply was,"you will know when you grow up". Standard answer…and I found myself saying this to other kids...haha!
It was like only a few months ago that I last meet her/them. But somehow, I felt that it has been a long time. Gone where those kids that will hog theNintento sets, act in front of the mirror, shy from the conversations and what I remember vividly the little girl hiding behind the wall giggling away when I first met her….how much they have grown...
Good old days…=]
