I told myself that I have to get well for the trip.

I woke up feeling so much better. Maybe cos' I don't have to go to work. Haha..

Or maybe it was the porridge that mummy made for me. =]

It was hard to get a cab around my area. The cab driver was really slow. He was eating and travelling at 60km/h.

It was HIS birthday. Happy birthday sick daddy! =P

We made it for the trip. It wasn't making the arrangement. There were so much changes and interruptions along the way..

It was late afternoon when we got there. It will cost S$50 to take a cab from the airport to the hotel..He suggested that we took an express bus which cost us both only $20.

The hotel was a nice surprise. Clean and nice. Unlike the one that I had 10yrs ago. It was better than expected. In fact, it was good!

We were hungry and set off immediately to Shilin night market. The start of our holiday!!!

Some thoughts that I have..

U saw some nonsense that someone does(and it can be an everyday thing), you told the person, the person turn a deaf ear? What is the next step? Stop communicating. Cos' you just have to.

U think something is unfair(but what is ever fair in this world), u complained but don't see any changes. What do u do? Stop complaining. Cos' you either conform or deviate from a source/pattern/system

Thus my favourite phrase,"life is about choices". There's a time and place for every choice.

Boy boy was scared...

The neighbour stopped us.

I couldn't make out what she was talking and was about to walk away until she mentioned the the word "dog". My immediate thought was, "Oh no, is she gonna complain about boy boy?!"

As she continue to talk, repeating herself a few times, her statements started to make sense.

Apparently, Rex has been whining when he first got to the new place. It doesn't help when it was raining very heavily. Think the thunder scared him. His whining was so loud that even the neighbours could hear him. It might be bad cos' the neighbour mentioned that it was heartfelt, so bad that she wanted to cry.

Guess what? The neighbour who told us that is a Malay. =)

Rex has been peeing so much that daddy is starting to record this pee pattern. haha!


Example quoted:
1) He peed on the tray before I got home (Time: Between 8.30am – 10.30pm).
2) He peed when I brought him out to play (Time: 11pm)
3) Then he started whinning and I brought him down to pee again (Time: 12.30am)
4) And when I woke up, I noticed he pee on his tray again (Time: Between 1.00am – 6.15am)
5) Then I brought him down to pee and poop (Time: 6.30am)


But daddy's concern is reasonable. For a big dog like Rex, expect a big pool of urine everytime he pee. Talking about whining, it can sound really pitiful. Really.

Martini is hurt!

My nini is hurt!

The bruises and cuts are pretty obvious...bullied and attacked right in the arm of her "abuser" by a cat!!!! -_-

Who would put a dog near a mother cat who had just given birth and was feeding her kittens....tsk tsk...disappointed with the "abuser" man!

But well, if you listen to how Martini was being rescued by her 2 super duper guardian angels, you will know how blessed she is.

It was never a mistake to buy her. It was never a mistake to put her in the care of these 2 guardian angels..

I did it!

I did something that I thought is pretty impressive. Or rather, I was proud of.

I did one of the most challenging plan yesterday. In fact, it was even more so than the one that I have done when I was seriously sick.

That's the reason why I am smiling now.

Cos' I have got out of that struggle, push myself to my limit and survived. I had hit that mark which I had set for myself. =}
